It's extremely implausible that any positive comment about Network Solutions' Web platform is written by anyone other than a NS employee. Their software is a complete piece of junk. Don't expect to build anything effectively (things time out and you lose your work); their tech support is lousy; and the platform is unstable. It appears their only real interest is selling domain names.

I have recently switched from Inventory Source to Network Solutions. What a refreshing experience. Inventory was such a jumbled up mess and I was never able to get my site functional with Inventory Source. Network Solutions admin and work space is exceptional and I had my site up in less than a month, Their tech. support was beyond excellent and very supportive in walking me through step by step instructions. Although my package is expensive it is well worth it.

My site goes down All of The Time!!! I'm sick and tired of it. My site is down right now and they just said - "Yep, the servers are down. Sorry". They said that we just have to wait until they go back up - with no time frame given as to when we'd be live again. They are messing with people's businesses and don't seem to care. This happens way too often. We are looking to switch to another web hosting company.
