I learned about IX on Twitter and decided to check out there website. I am bout to sign up my 3rd hosting account with them. Best host I've had!

I maintain several websites on ixwebhosting and have been a customer for several years now. IX is my 3rd hosting vendor in the last 12 years. They have been the most stable. If you are a raw beginner there will be slight frustrations but they really do respond to open tickets for help (only wish they would specify what they changed to make something operational so that I could learn immediately instead of having to figure it out). Uptime has been good. Occasionally they change my ftp path when they shift servers and I have to update my ftp engine that stores all this but that's not at all frequent. I would like to see them offer dedicated servers as a hosting option.
