I recently joined Host Papa and am quite happy with their service. They are a Canadian host which I prefer and have good rates and features. They seem like a small company but support has been up to par and my site has not experienced any downtime. They support MySQL and PHP and have some cool scripts that I setup my blog with. So far my experience has been great with Host Papa!
