HostGator has been fantastic for me. They provide the best support of any host provider I have ever used. The do in fact deliver on all promises and they are very cost effective. I recommend them to anyone thinking of hosting a website.

I have been hosting my family website on Host Gator for over a year now and absolutely love it. My site is big for a family website with lots of pictures and visitors - we are over 15000 now :) so I need it to be up all the time. I have not been disappointed with Host Gator. I looked for many months before finally moving my website to Host Gator and have been happy since then. My experiences with using Customer Service have been a pleasure too - prompt and good service!

Hostgator has been great for me. Their support is excellent and very fast. I agree with another post here, the only downfall would be lack of ffmpeg support. It's probably in their best interest not to support it because of it's high CUP overhead. All in all, they have been a solid hosting company for me.
